Constantly Develop and Grow
I believe that the happiest families are openly affectionate with each other. They communicate in a calm positive way. Children need affection, sincere praise and they need to feel that they are understood.Commend them, avoid negative or critical language with them. Allow yourself to adopt new attitudes and outlooks. As parents we should always be learning new skills because like our children we constantly develop and grow.

A Handful of Wishes
What do you give a friend who lives hundreds of miles away and battling breast cancer? I thought of a few idea's but nothing seemed appropriate. I wanted to give her hope and love, faith and
strength. So I thought of way to do just that. I've made her some colourful heart-shaped wishes.
FAITH so that she can believe,
COURAGE when times are tough,
TRUST in her own strength,
JOY to brighten her spirit,
HOPE for a better tomorrow,
DREAM of health and happiness,
LOVE to fill her heart,
and to IMAGINE being well.
